I made the 2 other inner tank baffles and installed them into the tank. That entails tracing the baffles on .025" aluminium, cutting them out, cutting the fuel flow relief in each one, cutting out and forming the stiffeners, forming the baffle edges, attaching the stiffeners, drilling all the holes to mount the baffles, countersinking said holes and glueing the baffles in place. Lots of work to say the least.
