Started design and construction of the inertia reel mount. The inertia reel of the seat belt will be mounted on a bracket behind the baggage bulkhead on a shelf suspended laterally between the top longerons. This mounting fixes the reels laterally and vertically for day to day operation. The (longitudinal) stress applied during a crash will be transferred via a rigid aluminium angle to the standard seat belt hardpoints on the top longeron in the aft fuselage. As the ineria reel is mounted upside down, and with an angle, an the bracket was constructed which sits on a newly installed cross-beam just aft of the bellcrank channel.
