Drilled the holes of the aft HS spar to the horizontal stabilizer attach bars to size. Fit and aligned VS to fuselage, clamped rear VS spar to F-712 bulkhead. VS is perpendicular to a 1/10 of a cm, measured from tip of VS and tip of HS. Drilled up elevator stop to both fuselage and aft VS spar. Aligned rudder hinge line and drilled F-981 to fwd VS spar. Drilled holes for bolts through aft VS spar, aft bulkhead and tail spring mount.
