Return line v2. Decided against terminating the fuel return line in the second tank bay, as the return fuel would not be available during sideslips where the fuel trap is sealing off the first tank bay. Routed the fuel return line to the outboard baffle/rib, then moved in the direction of the spar and constructed the exit the same way as the fuel pick-up: Clamped shut the end of the tube and put slits (with a hacksaw) into it, so the return line exits the line perpendicular. Manufactured the return lines for both tanks, installed the AN fittings on the fuel line, clamped the end shut. Fabricated clips out of 0.020 aluminium to secure the return line against the outboard rib.
