Brief Description: Cut landing light hole to size, drilled ribs
Brought the wing leading edge cut-out for the landing light to size (dremel, filing, and sandpaper). Very patient work. Drilled the holes for the nutplates in the ribs. Very frustrating work, had to cut three drills shorter so the hand held drill would fit in the leading edge bay. Very limited access, especially for deburring the backside of the holes. The drilled slipped a couple of times, marring the rib. Sanded the area to smooth out the scarring, removing the primer in the process. Applied some touch-up primer.
