Part of the rivet that formed its head between the left HS skin and the nose rib still stuck in the noserib. On drilling out the rivet, a "ring" of the formed head between the skin and rib remained. A friend of ours (former dentist) fetched his dentist tools and removed the material with a tiny mill and removed the remaining rivet (thanks Sören!). Unfortunately, the hole of the rib widened significantly to such an extend that the shop head of the AN3 rivet will not hold. So I have to get hold of some NAS 1097 rivets. In the meantime, we started with the other (right) HS skin and rivetted the noseribs to the skin. Rivetted the intermediate main ribs to the forward HS spar.
