Brief Description: Deburred, dimpled, countersunk the right HS
Deburred the spars, ribs and skin of the right HS. Aligned the HS-908 angle to the front spar with the help of an aluminium angle to assure a level attachment of the HS to the aft deck. Starting the process of preparing the aluminium for priming: Roughening the surface.
Another error: countersunk the spar on the side where the doubler is mounted. Now the CS indentation is between the spar and the doubler. My concern is that the rivet will fill this piece and will fail to form a proper shop head. Will contact Van's for clarification.
