Instead of using that center bolt fixed to the center angles for rotation I used a large piece of 3/4” plywood left over from the engine stand project. Its bolted in the corners and also in the center. I used my Harbor Freight car engine stand rotating fixture and bolted it to the plywood. Much better. No flexing and seems super solid.
