Brief Description: Unload new RV-6A Rebuild Project 3.
I left Jerry's hanger about 6:00 PM. Just before I left guess who happen to walk by. Ken Kruger. Ken was the main airplane designer at VANS for years. He stood looking at the truck full of parts and said “Interesting”. I introduced my self and he knew Jerry and all about this project. I told Ken I was a bit bummed at the moment because I had meet with Joe Blank from VANS the previous two days and Joe was so negative about this project. Joe went on, twice for half an hour about how this project is a bad idea. It was weird. No matter what I said Joe just would not let it go. Joe even said “RV's are like eggs. When they crack you can't fix them”. Ken could not believe Joe could be so negative. Ken said he had reviewed the project with Jerry several times and thought it was a perfect project to fix up. He even recommended specifics on what to do. Ken jumped up on the truck and went over a few things with me. Ken's attitude was opposite of Joe's. Thanks Ken for you input.
