Make a new instrument panel. Picture 1 shows the original panel on the left and the new panel blank on the right. I would have loved to just put the old panel on top of the new panel and match drill, trace and trim. But no. The angle on the bottom of the panel made this approach impossible. So. I decided to make a panel template that does not contain the bottom angle from the old damaged side skin. Then this template can be overly-ed on top of the new panel blank. Once the template is clamped on the new panel blank I can match drill, trace and trim.
This template can be used to make future panels if need be.
