Used SEM self-etching primer to prime the spar, reinforcement plates, end rib, root rib, counterbalance rib, counterbalance skin, and the surfaces on the skin that make contact with other parts. Two coats were applied. Clecoed the nut plates to the reinforcement plates and the spar. Clecoed the end rib to the counterbalance rib. Completed the "Preparing the Right Elevator" secton on 6-8 of the manual. Ready to proceed with the "Riveting the Right Elevator" on 6-9.
