The backriveting tool I had needed to be modified to allow the center axis of the backriveting tool to be close enough to the centerline of the rivet to generate an evenly bucked rivet. I used the polishing wheel to remove part of the spring-loaded collar so that it could get closer to the centerline of the rivet.
