Brief Description: Installed Counterblanace in Right Elevator and Beg
Installed the washer and locking nut on the counterbalance bolts and torqued to 120 in-lbs.
Clecoed and drilled the reinforcement plates and plate nuts on the spar. Clecoed and drilled the end rib to the counterbalance rib. Clecoed and drilled the rib assembly to the spar except for where the rib, counterbalance skin, and elevator skin come together as I want the skin there for the match drilling. Clecoed the counterbalance skin onto the rib assembly and placed the counterbalance weight into position.
