Brief Description: Torqued Horizontal Stabilizer Bolts and Riveted Ri
Torqued the four bolts on the aft edge of the horizontal stabilizer hinge bolts to 25 in-lbs.
Riveted the counterbalance skin to the elevator skin so that blind rivets will not be necessary. Assembled the skin onto the substructure and temporarily installed the counterbalance weight. Riveted the skin to the substructure. I was not very pleased with the way the trailing edge rivets came out, so I will be drilling these out and replacing them with pop rivets.
