Trimmed inboard edge of E721 on bandsaw. Cleaned up edges on scotchbright wheel. Scuffed trim parts. Etched with EkoEtch and primed with EkoPrime. Riveted on E717 and E718. Used a MK-319-BS on tip hole of E717. Back riveted the bottom of E-619-1-020. Clecoed trim tab together with the E-721 hinge. Clamped to left elevator, lining things up with the alum angle from the rudder. Riveted the side tabs with MK-319-BS ( had previously dimpled the holes). Clecoed back onto the left elevator and checked for straitness. Riveted E-721 to elevator. Reinstalled trim tab to check straitness. Riveted the 4 holes on the elevator with MK-319-BS
