Filed E714L to fit. Clecoed into counterballance assembly and marked holes with hand drill. Drilled E714L on drill press. Reattached E714L and drilled through E703 and E704, Finished deburring holes in skeleton and counterballance skin. Machine countersinked top flange holes in E606PP and aft holes for E705.
