Finished scuffing left flap top skin. Cleaned with acetone. Dimpled all the holes in the skin. Etched with EkoEtch and primed with EkoPoxy. Clecoed the flap together and riveted the ribs to the top skin. Riveted the rivets joining the skin on the bottom. Riveted FL706A to the spar and FL706B to the inboard rib with the nutplate. Riveted the spar to the top skin. Cut the center eye off the hinge and deburred. Riveted the hinge to the spar/skin. I used AN-426AD3-4.5. Blind riveted the spar to the ribs. I forgot to rivet the inboard rib to the skins before the spar. I used MK-319-BS blind rivets to rivet on the inboard rib. Riveted on the outboard rib and the last 5 rivets between FL706 A+B Attached the rest of the hinge then put the flap in the rafters for storage. Pulled out some of the firewall parts
