Fabricated the second anti hangup guide for the right fuel tank. Match drilled to the rib and stiffener. Drilled the vent line hole in T-703-L to #30 then up to 7/16. Cleaned up the hole. Cut a plate to block off the center hole in the second rib. Match drilled, deburred and dimpled.
