Dimpled stiffeners and clecoed in place in the left tank. Cut T-405-R on bandsaw and deburred. Match drilled left tank skin to ribs. Drilled the holes in tank skin for W-423 to #30 then up to #19. Match drilled right tank skin to T-702-R baffle. Drilled screw holes in right tank skin to #19. Cut and deburred stiffeners for the right tank. clecoed stiffeners in place and match drilled. Cut fuel tank access hole in T-703-:L on drill press with fly cutter. Cleaned up the hole. Clamped T-411 in place and drilled 2 of the holes to #19. Removed T-411 and clamped on T-407. Drilled all the remaining holes for the nutplates. Deburred holes in T-703-L and T-407-R
