Removed left wing bottom skins. Clecoed ribs in left wingtip skin. Clecoed VA-195-C in place. Put wingtip on the left spar and clecoed in place. Slid W-408-L in place. Marked hole locations and fluted. Match drilled W-408-L to spar. Measured and slid W-423-L in place. Match drilled W-423-L and W-408-L through the holes in the skin. Match drilled remaining holes in the left wingtip for ribs.
