Made the 1 1/2 inch cut in the 4 F7116 with a hole saw on the drill press. Trimed off the rest with a dremel and cutoff wheel. Deburred the edges. Clecoed F7116B in place and match drilled. Worked up to #19 on the outer holes of F711B. Deburred holes for F711B and edge finished. Clecoed the center section together
