Fabricated a plate to cover the tooling hole in the outboard right fuel tank rib. Drilled and deburred. Drilled and deburred T-410 to the outboard rib. taped off and scuffed up. Cleaned with acetone. Riveted T-410 and cover plate to rib with proseal. Riveted outboard rib to right fuel tank with proseal. Covered shop heads with proseal. Removed the tape.
