Machine countersinked VS808PP for the flush rivets. Checked the depth repeatidly with the test piece. Scuffed with scotchbright pad. Cleaned with acetone. Used EkoEtch. Primed with EkoPrime. Clecoed spar together and taped off the holes for ribs. Riveted the rear spar together with AN470 rivets. Flush rivets have not been done yet.
