Trying to assemble the rear spar previously I had noticed that the machine countersinks on VS808PP were too deep. I made a test piece out of scrap and it was loose in each hole. Replacement VS808PP was delivered yesterday. I edge finished the replacment, match drilled by connecting the new and old together and got the countersink cage set to where I am happy with it.
