Polished HS609PP on scotchbright wheel, filed the edges down to sit flat. Matched drilled to #30. Match drilled HS708 up to #21. Thinking bigger number equals bigger bit I drilled the right up to #19 thinking I would work my way up to #21. I spoke with vans. The consensus was that the rivet may sit a little loose in the hole but should set just fine.
