I worked on the aileron bellcranks today. It did not go as well as I hoped. I somehow messed up the angles for the left side bellcrank. I drilled the bearing holes out too large so that I could not get a press fit on the bearings. Also, the phenolic block was interfering with the full movement of the bellcrank. Instead of re-making these parts, I've decided to just order new ones from Sonex. The right-hand bellcrank, however, went together well.
