Inboard ribs #1-4 on both the left and right wings need to be trimmed back a bit at the top and the bottom to fit against the spar caps at their locations. I made up some plexi templates to transfer the cut-out patterns from the plans to the individual ribs at the proper locations. It was then quite easy to remove most of the material using the bandsaw and finished with files.
