I countersunk the rivet holes on the spar today. These needed to be countersunk to a diameter of 19/64". I was able to use the microstop countersink tool for most of the holes, except where the spar cap prevented me from using that tool. For those holes I used a bit extension rod from the tight fit tool kit and manually sunk the holes by eyesight. Next, I need to countersink the holes for the machine screws. They require re-setting the microstop to a different setting due to the final countersink diameter being 27/64". I will do this countersinking tomorrow.
