Brief Description: Prepping/making parts for the Vertical Stabilizer
Today I worked on prepping and making more parts for the vertical stabilizer. The most involved part was bending the forward spar fitting(SNX-T12-07) to the correct angle of 35 degrees. I had to make a V-block as a base to bend the part in. Using the shop press nd a socket that measured 1" across, necessary to obtain the 1/2" bend radius, I was able to get the part bent correctly.
