I made the phenolic spacer blocks today for the aileron bellcranks. I copied parts of the plan and transferred those to the phenolic sheets so that I could have a guide to cut out the shape of the blocks. I rough-cut these on the bandsaw. I then cleaned up the spacer blocks using a small sanding drum chucked up into my drill press.
