I attached some of the parts to the main spar that required either machine screws or bolts. First up I attached the End Wing Attach Assembly (SNX-W11-02) to the inboard end of the spar. The machine screws to attach this required "tight-fit" holes. To get that, I up-drilled the existing holes to a #13 drill size (0.1850"). I then finished off the hole by reaming it to either 0.1865" or 0.1870", as needed for each machine screw. I then torqued the screws to 25 inch/lbs.
Next, I attached the Root Wing Attach Assembly (SNX-W11-06) to the spar. This also required "tight-fit" holes, so I did the same procedure as above to get the correct size holes.
Finally, I attached the Root Rib Attach Angles (SNX-W20-02/03) to the spar. These required only some of the holes to be "tight-fit but I made them all that way, using the above procedure.
Attach block clamped up and ready for final assembly.
