I started riveting the left main spar. I put all of the spar pieces back together and loaded it up with a bunch of rivets. Instead of riveting this from the workbench, I decided to try this with the spar on the garage floor, the hope being that the solid concrete floor will give a better backing to the rivets and produce a better driven rivet. This seems to be an improvement over doing the riveting on the benchtop but it's a killer on my back.
