I finished drilling the spar caps today. I was able to use the drill bushing for most of the holes but some holes I had to do free-hand. For those holes, I used the drill stop to minimize marking up the edges of the spar caps with the drill chuck.
I also spent some time examining the plans to re-aquaint myself with the spar construction - I don't want to make a major mistake and it's been some time since I built the last spar.
