Brief Description:  More spar riveting

I continued on the spar riveting today. I made up some modified bolts that are ground down on one side. This allows me to fit them in tight spaces. I did much better with the rivets close to a stiffener angle. They pound much straighter now, although I still got one pounded off center.

I also attached both wing attach block assemblies today. These use a combination of machine screws and AN3 bolts. Due to the thread size of 10-32, I tightened these down using a torque value of 25-30 inch-pounds. This is a little more than called for but I think it adds a safety margin due to my torque wrench being off a little bit on such a low setting. I did test my wrench on a torque gauge, but it only goes down to 30 inch-pounds anyway.
