I worked on getting the wing spar up-drilled to the final hole sizes for the rivets/screws/bolts. I've got about a 1/3 more to do and then I have to deal with the tight-fit holes for the bolts/screws. I also did about 25 practice rivets today, using both the rivet gun and the bolt/hammer method. I'm having trouble getting good control with the rivet gun, although I did find something wrong with the back-rivet set I was using. I fixed this issue but have yet to try the gun again after the fix to see if it has helped any. I have better control using the bolt/hammer method right now. If I can't get a handle on the rivet gun, I'll be using the bolt method to set the rivets. Onward!
