I made part# SNX-L05-08 and worked on parts# SNX-F14-09L/R today. The pivot angle part was pretty straightforward. The other parts took more work because I had to open up the angle to 93.9 degrees. I came up with a kind of manual bending brake using steel bar stock and large adjustable wrenches. I spent a fair amount of time bending to the correct angle, while trying to maintain a straight line on each side. After some effort, I came close enough to what the plans called for. I then started marking out the cuts I needed to make on each side of the angles.
