I picked up my kit today from Con-Way Freight. I rented the big 6' X 12' open trailer from U-Haul. Loading went fine except the forklift operator dropped the end of the pallet onto the trailer from about 2 1/2' up. I hope the engine parts are OK.
I spent the rest of the day unloading the pallet and doing inventory of the parts/pieces. The Sonex folks have done an excellent job in packing this thing up. So far so good - nothing is bent/broken. I still haven't gotten to the engine parts yet. I hope they survived the pallet drop. A few parts have been back-ordered by Sonex. I'll give them a call when I get the final tally of missing parts.
I only got through part of the kit today. I will continue the process tomorrow...
