Brief Description: Shock strut sanding, cleaning, and fitting
After getting some 400 and 600 grit sandpaper I worked on taking off the sharp edges from the struts and strut parts. In the process I discovered a fairly significant radial gouge and scratch in one of the pistons. In addition, while the brass caps fit into the shock struts, the piston rod does not fit through the brass cap hole. Will follow up with Mark to ask how to proceed.
