Riveted nutplates onto rear cabin braces. Riveted rear cabin braces and upper braces onto forward fuselage. Prepared all baggage bulkheads and stiffeners. Broke all edges, deburred, scuffed parts. Installed nutplates on angles. Clecoed baggage bulkhead onto fuselage fwd structure. Clecoed firewall onto fwd fuselage. Final drilled remove firewall deburred and countersunk middle nine holes. Dimpled floor skin for firewall lower angle. Applied sealant to the middle nine holes and on angle where cooling ramp will go. Clecoed firewall back onto fwd floor with sealant and clecoed firewall to baggage compartment wall. Riveted firewall lower angle to forward fuselage floor. Firewall is now permanantly installed on the forward fuselage. Gathered all the center section spars and parts. Drilled holes in fwd and aft center section spar for the rudder cable bushings. Made two 5/16 spacers for seatbelt attach point. Deburred seat belt attach lugs. Fabricated the F849 forward control mount.
