Finished preparing and breaking and all edges for all nose ribs and main ribs. Eli was a big help in this semi-boring repetitious part. Fluted all the main ribs, L/H and R/H. Fluted the nose ribs. Modified the fluting pliers by drilling two holes and tapping 4-40 threads and inserting two allen head screws. This allows me to set the depth that I flute the rib flange so that all flutes are the same. And helps me keep pliers away from inside radius of ribs. See pic's.
