Finished installing the nutplates and rib angle onto the L/H wingtip. Installed on wing and checked fit. Ok. Removed both wingtips and done some minor adjusting to get an even better fit. Worked on the countersinks in the fiberglass, these were done by hand because my microstop would not fit in that location because of the offset in the wingtip. Got them adjusted and re-installed both wingtips. Pleased with the fit.
Began building the canopy rear rail. Bent C804 and C805 as per Dwg. 46. Drilled C804 and match drilled 805 to 804. Drilled hole rivets and lightening holes. Deburred.
