Opened holes where the bottom rudder tip strikes the bolts that attaches the vertical stabilizer. Added body filler on the interior of bottom rudder tip. Grinded away an indention in bottom rudder tip to provide clearance for the two bolts ,that attach the vertical stabilizer, when the rudder is at full deflection. Drilled a hole in aft bottom rudder tip to provide a drain hole for moisture.
