Removed ribs from baffle and clecoed ribs to skin, then clecoed skin to tank baffle which is still on spar. Checked for fit Ok. Drilled w-423 to final size using tank skin as guide. Removed tank assembly from spar. Drilled all holes to final size on bench and counter sunk skin to baffle holes, in the skin only. I did this while the skin was clecoed to the tank baffle, this helped as a guide for the coulntersink.
Fabricated t-405 tank attach angle and fitted it and t-410 onto inboard tank rib, Final drilled it. Began studying dwg. op-47 for installing capcitance fuel senders.
