Over the last few weeks i've been working on the rib router templates. I've got them all complete now, including a 4/4 maple wing hammer form. I've copied Chris Owens ideas from his Wing Rib party thread on the bearhawk forums and routed 1/8" deep 1/4" dia notches inteh wing hammer form to flute the flanges while hammering them out on the form.
