Cut the master rib template on the jigsaw and sanded carefully to the line and the small holes left by the transfer punch. Counter bored the jig pin holes with a Forstner bit to recess the bolt heads so it can be run over a router table. Jig pin holes were drilled to 3/16" and the centers of all the other holes were drilled to 1/8" to allow a transfer punch to mark the MDF forms that will be made from the master.
