Brief Description: Finished Flange tool More rib deurring
I was able to finish up the Flange Tool that I found on a number of post on the Vans Airforce site. The build was straight forward.
I separated all of the wing ribs into Right and Left piles and marked them with a sharpie and started deburring the Left pile first. I used the bench grinder scotchbrite wheel for the most of the flanges followed up by a diegrinder with small scotchbrite wheel to finish up the surface that I couldnt reach with the benchgrinder and then used small strips of emery cloth to get all the hard to reach spots. A quich pass with a scotchbrite pad to smooth everything out and the left rib flanges were done!!! (seems fast but I only had 5 left from my work earlier in the build)
Next I used my small scotchbrite drum in a die grinder to deburr all of the lightening holes.....a few passes around and they were sssmmmooootttthhhh. I decide to rough up the flanges before fluting and dimpeling because is seems easier to do now that after all the flutes and dimples are in the way (actually I saw that on another build site and I sounded like a good idea)

Using the big scotchbrite wheel to debur ribs
Used the smaller wheel to get the rest of the flanges that couldnt be reached
