Brief Description:  Fluting, drilling and putting on skin

Had to take off a couple of days because I needed some more tools. I thought that I could just order tools as I went along.....WRONG....you pretty much use every tool right off the bat.

Tool order came in today so I got back into the shop today and finished up fluting all of the HS ribs.

I counter sunk th HS810 and 814 Reif. brackedts, Make sure to to the right side!!!!! and Dimpled the HS702.

I then made my center line on the HS405 and 404 and clamped them into the structure and match drilled the holes. Pretty straight forward. I then match drilled all of the rib to spar holes as per the plans.

It was nice to finally see what is starting to look like an airplane!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was now time for the dreaded 404,405,702,810,814 drill and...........go figure I need and angle drill. Some builders use a dremel tool to drill a pilot hole and then use a 12" bit to finish it off. I figured I will just suck it up and order an angle drill off of ebay. SO.....another couple of day of not working!!!!!
