I worked on wiring up the MAC stick grip/control unit. The instruction manual that came with the MAC grip had very specific instructions as to the wiring scheme. There is scant room inside the crown of the grip, and the wire leads must be routed in a very specific way.
After several hours of fussing to get all the wires looped correctly and soldered with no excess material, I started to assemble the unit. No-Go. It just would not go together. After numerous attempts I noted some rub marks at the rear of the unit appearing that there was a clearance issue between the cap and the body of the unit. I stopped before breaking something, and will call Ray Allen Co tomorrow.
