Brief Description:  Wire looming, fastening etc

With the electrical systems tested, I next tried to organize the wiring harnesses and the individual wires into some kind of managable state. This included the wiring behind the panel, as well as the main runs of wire passing through the cockpit.

I intentionally left extra wire on all of the instrument panel runs to allow partial removal of the instrument panel from the cockpit. I should be able to cut a few wire ties, unfasten the panel and then tilt the panel out into the cockpit to allow limited access to the rear of the pane and the area under the glare shield.

I used AMP spiral-wrap wire loom to protect all of the wiring runs in the cockpit. I have runs on either side of the cockpit as the lateral edges of the floor. I will try to add some photos later to illustrate this.
