Brief Description:  reconfigure motor pre-installation

The 912 has to be significantly re-configured from stock form for installation in the S7S. The two carb/manifold assemblies are removed and reinstalled on opposite sides of the engine to move the carbs outboard to allow room for the motor mount. The compensating tube (linking the two intake manifolds together) has to be replace with a longer unit to accomodate the revised distance between the manifolds. The fuel lines are removed and replaced. The ingnition modules need an auxillary support bracket to replace support lost with the relocation of the intake manifolds. An oil pressure sensor is installed in the front of the motor. The water pump discharge elbows have to be re-directed to clear the motor mount, and cylinder fins on the right rear cylinder have to be trimmed to allow clearance for a motor mount bolt.

I'll post additional photos in a second entry
